How to I enter a discount or pass code:

How do I purchase tickets?

Advance tickets are available online or by phone 505.254.7716 anytime, and at the Box Office beginning one hour before show time. We do not mail tickets, so if you purchase tickets online or over the phone, you must pick up your tickets at the Box Office one hour before show time. Remember to bring a form of ID and any additional IDs or Membership Cards required if you our purchasing tickets at a discount rate.

I tried calling the Box Office but no one answered. Are you there?

If no one is at the Box Office to answer your call, please leave a message including your name, phone number, the show you wish to attend and the number of tickets you would like to purchase. We will get back to you at our earliest convenience. Box Office hours are highly restricted. The Box Office is open 1 hour before show time. Please rest assured that if you leave us a message, if we do not get back to you, we have handled your problem.

I can't figure out how to purchase my tickets online.

If you are having trouble figuring out how to use our online ticketing system, you may always purchase tickets in advance by calling the Box Office 505.254.7716. If you encounter any trouble purchasing tickets online, you may also contact us at tickets@auxdog.com.

I forgot my password for purchasing tickets / my password isn't working!

Click here to rest your password. Enter your email address, click the red Submit button on the right, and then check your email. You should receive an email with your new password within 10 minutes. This new password will be a mixture of numbers and letters, so copy and paste it (leaving no spaces before and after) if you need to when logging back in. If the new password you receive via email is still not working, you can create a new account using an alternate email address (it cannot be the same email address as the one you have been previously using with your Aux Dog account). If you do not have an alternate email address and cannot log in, please contact us at tickets@auxdog.com and we will delete your account so you can create a new one with a new password of your choice. You can purchase tickets in the meantime by calling the Box Office 505.254.7716.

If your credit card won't go through and you have verified the information is correct, please call the Box Office 505.254.7716 or email us at tickets@auxdog.com so we can process your ticket purchase for you.

What ticket discounts are available?

We offer a variety of discounts for our productions. You can learn about the discounts we offer on our Discounts page. Note: shows involving outside groups may have limited or no discount options available.

Can you explain the ticket pricing structure?

General Admission tickets for shows "produced by" the Aux Dog are currently $22. Many shows offer an online presale rate of $20. Shows which are "produced by" the Aux Dog offer additional discounts. Discounts cannot be combined, so all discount ticket prices are flat rates: ATG, TLC, Press Pass - $17, Seniors, Students, Service Members - $18, Children [12 and under] - $11. Shows produced or co-produced by outside groups may have different General Admission ticket prices, and may have limited or no discount options available.

How do I purchase a ticket at a discount rate online?

Select the show you wish to see on our Tickets page, then the performance date. At the bottom of the ticketing page for that performance date, there is a list of ticketing options, including all of the discount options.

I don't see the discount option I want to use for the show I want to see.

Not all of the shows running at the Aux Dog are eligible for every discount option we offer. None of our standard discount options are available for shows produced by outside companies; discounts for shows produced by outside companies are offered at the sole discretion of the producer.

Can I scalp my tickets?

Scalping of tickets is illegal in the state of New Mexico. In addition, no tickets are to be resold on Aux Dog Theatre property at any price.

What if I buy my tickets from unauthorized third parties?

Aux Dog Theatre is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties. Tickets could have been lost, stolen, or reprinted. If you encounter a problem with your third-party purchase, you will need to deal directly with the third party. Customers purchasing through third parties, are taking a risk that the tickets they purchase may be invalid.

Why can't I find a child discount?

If no discount appears on the discount page, the event does not offer discounts.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds, unless the show or event is cancelled.

How do I change the number of tickets in my Shopping Cart?

Under Quantity on the left side of your Shopping Cart page, change the number to the amount of tickets you wish to purchase and click on the red arrow button to the right of your entry to refresh the amount.

How do I delete tickets I don't want?

Under Total on the right side of your Shopping Cart page, click the trash can icon to delete the item for your cart. If you wish to reduce the number of tickets, use the method described in the previous question to reduce the quantity of tickets in your cart.

I'm trying to purchase multiple tickets for a group at different prices, as some members of our party qualify for a discount rate. How can I do this?

After you select your first ticket(s) and click Add to my cart, you will be redirected to your Shopping Cart. To purchase additional tickets, click the red Back to shopping button on the bottom right.

What is a MultiPass?

A MultiPass buys you a series of 5 tickets at our highest discount rate - 45%. Learn more about MultiPasses here.

I have a MultiPass - how do I guarantee a seat for the shows I wish to attend?

We do not mail MultiPasses, so you must pick up your MultiPass if purchased online at our Box Office, beginning one hour before show time. To guarantee your seat, you can place a reservation online. Select the show you wish to see on our Tickets page, then the performance date. At the bottom of the ticketing page for that performance date, there is a MultiPass Reservation option. Click the Add this to my cart button to complete your reservation - you will not be charged for the transaction.

I have a MultiPass but I don't see the "MultiPass Reservation" on the show I want to attend.

Not all shows qualify for our MultiPass program and therefore do not offer the MultiPass Reservation option.
